CULN 125 students focus on transitioning skills and techniques to every day restaurant application.
Students create and produce salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, and lunch entrees in real time for real customers for the on campus restaurant, Ala Ike Grill

for students to take home during our distributions!
We thank them for their hard work and dedication both to us and their class!
Students from AG 110L have been busy growing bok choy, kale, beans and tomatoes here on campus.
They have donated the extra produce to Hānai Iā Leeward to benefit their fellow students.
